What next?
If you are suspected as having swine flu you may be offered antiviral treatment (typically 'tamiflu'): please arrange for a 'flu friend' to collect these, and self-isolate for 7 days. Please remember that the majority of cases continue to be mild. It is expected that the first batches of the vaccine against swine flu will be ready from August. Meanwhile the public are reminded to 'catch it, bin it, kill it'.
If we as a Church can help by collecting medicine or maybe providing a meal/shopping if you have to be quarantined please let us know.
Please call Maggie Bellamy on 494136 or the church office on 732965.
Many thanks to Gillian McIlroy for this helpful information.
